- From the newsletter and the article, I got the feeling there were separate magic types (fire and air thus far), but I easily could have misunderstood what I read. DavimusK 12:25, 27 July 2007 (CDT)
- I think the Winds of Magic and the Colleges are definately intertwined in some fashion, likely two sides of the same coin. The Winds being the primal forces behind magic in the Warhammer world, and the Colleges the specific schools if you will used to teach and practice magic in the Empire. It is hard to tell exactly at the moment, however, without more specfic details of how things are implemented in WAR. --Bishop 15:29, 27 July 2007 (CDT)
- I'll add, though, that I don't much see the need for seperate articles. The Winds article even lists the corresponding colleges. --Bishop 15:31, 27 July 2007 (CDT)
Just to throw in my two cents here: I think a Bright College article is warranted, because the College will be a location in Altdorf, there will no doubt be quests/NPCs/etc. associated with it. I don't think we need a Colleges of Magic article, though. Vikingkingq
- I think we need a Colleges article as well as a Winds article. Winds of Magic is about the way magic in general works in Warhammer, which should eventually include elf magic once we know a bit more about it. The Colleges of Magic article is about how magic is established in the Empire, which provides an opportunity to give a shed load of background material. --Pendrako 11:33, 31 July 2007 (CDT)
