Lady Arkaneth is the leader of House Arkaneth, the most powerful rival to House Uthorin in the conspiratorial hierarchy of Dark Elf politics. Malekith has commanded her to send her forces to Ulthuan alongside those of House Uthorin, in order to prevent Lord Uthorin from gaining too much power and threatening his position as Witch King.
